Rob Velthuis
With previous Bachelor of Agricultural Science and Bachelor of Commerce qualifications, Rob recently graduated with his Master of Agribusiness.
He found that one of the most rewarding aspects was doing the subject “Business Strategy”, which brought together life experiences with a new way of viewing the world of agribusiness. Rob says “Studying online was excellent. With a young family and work restraints I couldn’t have done the course travelling to and from University. I found the Melbourne Uni Learning Management System excellent. Keeping up with the online discussions was sometimes difficult but always stimulating.
“I’ve developed strong friendship with others in the course, which has increased my agribusiness network of contacts.”
Rob is now the General Manager of Philom Bios Australia Pty Ltd in Bendigo, Victoria.
