Peter Orr
Peter Orr is the owner/manager of Felbserg Winery.
As the senior winemaker and general manager of a large company, Peter chose to undertake the Master of Agribusiness at the Melbourne School of Land and Environment, The University of Melbourne, to improve his business and analytic skills.
Having a young family and a demanding job, Peter was looking for flexibility with his study arrangements. The Master of Agribusiness allowed him to study part-time at The University of Melbourne, continue to work in Queensland, and still spend quality time with his children.
The Master of Agribusiness equipped Peter with the skills, confidence and business acumen to recently acquire his own winery and vineyard, Felsberg (www.felsberg.com.au). “The information given to us and the skills that we have acquired throughout the three years of the course have been fantastic, you feel a different person at the end of it.”
