Dr Andrew Pirola-Merlo
Dr. Andrew Pirola-Merlo (BSc., PhD, Melbourne) is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Monash University where he teaches leadership and organisational behaviour in the MBA, Masters of Business (Management) and undergraduate programs. Andrew is new to the Master of Agribusiness staff team and was hand-picked for the job by Professor James Sarros (former Leadership lecturer). He has also taught at the University of New South Wales (organisational psychology program) and the University of Melbourne (MBA program). Andrew’s research interests include teamwork, leadership and innovation, and his activities also include management consulting. He is Director of 'Pirola-Merlo Psychological Consulting', and before this managed the Research and Diagnostics Division of a consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational culture assessments.
