208-720 Leadership
This subject studies the leadership role of managers, the traditional role of management and various leadership and decision-making models. Focus in the subject is on organisational culture and values, social responsibilities and managerial ethics, managing change, creativity and innovation and entrepreneurial behaviour. The subject will commence at an intensive residential program and will utilise the skills of successful agribusiness managers as well as faculty staff. The lecturer for this subject is Professor Andrew Pirola-Merlo from Monash University. |
